Today many companies studded with a variety of products produced from those companies. In the United States itself as a center for the world economy would not lose a lot of companies there. One of the most companies now is a Limited Liability Company or called LLC. Form a LLC is a business framework that allowed by the statue of the State. Currently, LLC is more popular because it is similar to an original company, in which the owners of these companies own limited liability for committed actions of the company.
